Delete your LucidLearn account
Parents can permanently delete the family account used with Lumi and the parent dashboard. This page is the self-serve path required by app stores.
Deleting the account removes the parent login, child profiles, conversation history, paired Lumi devices, and related billing records for that family. You can also remove a single child or revoke a device from the parent dashboard without closing the whole account.
